- Shipping & Delivery & Duration
The dispatch of the items will be, usually, within 2 days after we receive the payment. It will be sent to the shipping address which you have given us during the checkout. If the shipping address and the billing address are the same leave blank the shipping address. In case the shipping address and the billing address are not the same and you left blank the shipping address Smart Power Design is not obligated to pay for the reshipping costs. The delivery is made by post express confirmed delivery. The clients have to pay the shipping cost. The duration as well as the rates of the delivery differ and they are depended from the location of your Country. Most of the products are being sent from Smart Power Design’s Stock House which is located in the capital of Greece, Athens. Products shipped by Smart Power Design are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Smart Power Design immediately. Damage claims are handled through the carrier. Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection. Claims for missing items or error in shipment must be reported within 7 days of order receipt.*Please note, international customers are responsible for any additional custom fees/ taxes/duties that may be imposed by a country’s government. Please understand we do not have any control over any governmental custom fees and/or taxes. Please check with your local government’s import laws prior to placing your order.
- Warranty
All products have the legal guarantee of two years. Defective products are replaced. It’s unsuall to receive a defective product but we have to reassure you that we are obligated to replace it. The shipping costs of the defective product’s replacement is paid by Smart Power Design. However, the warranty does not apply to products damaged due to misuse, collision, improper installation or installation. You must always read the installation instructions carefully.
- Returns & Replacements
The customer has the right to return the product(s) within 14 days after he/she receives the product(s). However, the product(s) must be under the following conditions:
- The product(s) must be in original condition, in original packaging, unused, uninstalled, unmarked and re-saleable, with all documentation and packaging intact to be eligible for refund.
- The shipping costs of the return is paid by the customer.
- The return will not be accepted if the product(s) are incomplete or damaged.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for used or incomplete returns. Items determined as ineligible for credit can be shipped back to the customer upon request, at customer’s expense. Unclaimed ineligible return items will be disposed of after 30 days.
- For refunds, the shipping costs as well as the paint job’s costs are deducted from the amount of full refund.
- The return of the money will be to the customer’s desired account, after we receive the shipment.

There are two options available right now you can order with. You can order through our eshop or via email. For orders worth more than 1.000 Euro we may request additional information such as ID number, passport or residence permit for validation purposes. Please be sure that with the additional information that we request is not being available to third parties and we do that for the safety of our customers. We want , also, to ensure our customers against potential fraud with credit card, etc.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices of the products on our eshop is in Euro ( €) and include VAT. The shipping costs are viewable during the checkout and they are based on the whole weight of your order and your Country’s location. Smart Power Design reserves the right to change prices in this website at any time and the customer is obligated to accept the new prices of the products at the time of the order. Smart Power Design’s eshop in Germany provides two ( 2) available payment’s options right now:

The online payment by Paypal is always secure as in order to complete the order, during the checkout it redirects you to Paypal’s payment page. However, it’s good to know that our website has also ” SSL” ( “Secure Socket Lager”) Certification. This helps with the encrypting of your personal information as well as your banking information. The ” SSL” helps protect the customers and the security of our website as the information is not reachable and readable from hackers and identity thieves. We force the customers to do a secure checkout through our system ( Look at the url in your browser and you will see it starts with https:// instead of http:// ). So, each payment’s option you choose your information is secure because the ” SSL” certification is being used for the Direct Bank Transfer. Payment by bank transfer must be completed within 3 days after ordering, otherwise it will be canceled.
